Droga believes that the best food comes from the best sources, so we use premium, local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Based in Los Angeles, Droga supports many California producers.
- Bennett’s Honey Farm, located just a short drive from our kitchen in Los Angeles, provides the unrefined wildflower honey for our caramels.
- Straus Family Creamery organic cream and butter get blended into our honey caramels.
- Lundberg Farms creates sustainably harvested brown rice syrup in the Sacramento valley. Their syrup is the flavorful base of our Big Bite Brittle.
- Guittard chocolate enrobes all our confections. Guittard produces their chocolate from bean to bar in Northern California.
