Shipping
Chocolate can be a precarious treat to ship. We have done our best to create a shipping policy that delivers your order in optimal condition and at the best freight rate possible.
During the warm weather months, we ship only Monday through
Wednesday. To ensure packages arrive
within three days, we ship using both UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be sent to you upon
shipment. If you require expedited
shipping please call us, and we will accommodate your needs.
Orders typically ship within one business day of receipt. They will take longer to process if the order
is placed after 2PM PST on Wednesdays, as these orders will be held until the
following week.
The shipping rate is based on the size of your order, as indicated in the chart below.

For large orders over $1000 we recommend you place your order by phone so we
can best accommodate your needs.
Please
note that once an order has been delivered, we cannot be responsible for damage
or theft due to unattended packages, packages delayed due to natural causes
(e.g. bad weather) or packages returned as 'undeliverable' due to incorrect
address information provided to us.
